Reading Through The Bible
- Have you ever wondered what the true origin of sin came from? Exactly what did Adam do that forever changed man’s future
- Old Testament or New Testament, what’s the difference between the two? And why are there two testaments?
- What is the best way to go about reading the Bible, how do you choose the right type of Bible to read?
- Is the King James Version the best for opening the Word of God for me and my family?
Many questions like these, as well as others, abound about the Bible, God, the Trinity and any number of other spiritual, theological, and philosophical issues. Where can you go to get solid, biblical answers?
Sermons on Sunday morning and mid-week Bible study simply don’t have enough time or the right format that allows asking questions. So how can you learn more about this thing called the Word of God…your Sword?
As part of our Christian Education curriculum we will lay open God’s word and make it as plain as possible. We’ll show you how the Bible is formatted, what is a good way to understand it, how one might go about studying that will grow you as well as your family.
The goal of these lessons is to make the Word of God come alive in such a way that the participants will want to know more, to get in and find answers for themselves and develop a comfort to the degree they are able to share what they’ve learned with others.
